If u pinch and u find it cut in ur hands then u need to add little water and mix again. The trick is u add very little water everytime until ur dough is elastic and would be spread easy with u. If u add much water from first time the dough will never be good
  3. Divide dough into 60% for pie base and 40% for pie cover. Spread the base and fill it with filtered apples. Make sure u filter the apples from its juice as shown in the pictures. This apple juices, cinnamon and brown caramelised mix will be used as a side sauce.
  4. Add the pie cover and u can add ur guests initial letters if needed. Put it in preheated oven on 180c to 200c until it gives perfect colour. Normaly it takes 20 to 30 minutes until it gives the reddish brown colour. Dont over cook it in oven. Make sure to make hidden tiny holes with toothpick to get out extra air and avoid pie cover to elevate and make air caves under
  5. Once out of oven. You decorate with thin layer of sprayed powder sugar and then powder cinnamon as shown in pics. Serve along with the side apple, cinnamon and caramel souce. Bon appetit :)
