- To make the garlicky soy sauce, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a clean bowl, 1 teaspoon of grated garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon of black vinegar, and finely chopped cilantro. Mix everything together.
- To make chili sweet & sour sauce, in a clean bowl, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 β 1/2 teaspoon of sriracha, a dash of grated ginger and a dash of salt. - Mix well and make sure the sugar is all dissolved. I added ΒΌ tsp of sriracha but you can add more if you like the sauce spicier
