  8. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, rose water, ghee, roasted besan.
  9. Combine all ingredients together wall.
  10. Grease the hand with oil and make round shape kabab.
  11. Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the kabab on both side until it turns golden and crispy.
  12. Serve the kabab with sauce or green chutney.
