Now make a nice paper dosa on the tawa and spread preferably gingely oil on all the sides. - Here I'm using mother's iron tawa which is considered to be best for dosa. - And then put some masala in thf centre of dosa fold,remove and serve hot either like that or with coconut chutney or sambar.
