    • In separate bowl STIR milk, egg, and butter into the oatmeal and BLEND well.
    • COMBINE the two mixtures and mix well
    • SPOON into each muffin cup, 2/3 full (maybe a smidge more)

  2. BAKE for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry

Scoop half of the batter into one muffin cup and pour the rest in another. My kids ate it for breakfast and after dinner for dessert. Classic oatmeal muffins, delicious, simple, wholesome muffins, slightly sweet with a nutty flavor from the oats. Best served warm as a side to a meal or breakfast.
